Customization within the described scope is included; requests beyond the original scope may require an additional quote or a new service order.

Payments

All services must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via secure third-party processors . Payment is required to begin service work. No work will be initiated until payment is received and confirmed.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely instructions, materials, and communication necessary for service delivery.

Availability

Services are provided during standard U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday), unless otherwise stated. AERATERRA LLC will respond to requests within 1 business day.
